It’s a pretty good product overall and I really like the refrigerator option if I ever need it in the future. The only issue I have with this freezer is that you must be careful when you close the door. YOU MUST MAKE SURE IT’S CLOSED SHUT! You literally must push the door shut and not just swing the door shut like you would normally do. I already had a bad experience where the door was accidentally left slightly open over night and everything thawed out. It has happened again but thankfully I noticed it right away. Just make sure the door is closed. Overall, it does a good job. Just wished the door closed better.

We have had no issues with it not keeping our food frozen. The delivery was very smooth and they wheeled it right into our garage and even offered to unbox it for us even though we did not add on the installation. We hope this freezer will last us awhile!

Got home and unboxed to find that it is dented in several spots, one which is more of a "fold" than a dent. Needed it desperately before monday so couldn't do much about it today, however I did spend the extra money on protection/warranty so I called and my options are $50 reimbursement or drive all the way back and exchange which now means that what I needed the freezer for will need to be unloaded and sit for at least 3 hours while we get the replacement and get it cooled. I took pictures but customer service wasn't interested in seeing them. My ideal resolution would have been that customer service would have the replacement delivered.

New Freezer

Since we put it in the garage I was concerned with water damage and rust, coming off the garage floor, therefore we left it on the 2" shipping pad.

I put this in my basement and it barely fit down the narrow stairs, which is the main reason I chose this size. It's so great that I want to get a second one. It can be a fridge or a freezer and I want the second one to be set at as a fridge. In summary, it was exactly what I wanted and met or exceeded all of my expectations. Delivery was also great. It was really a tight fit and they didn't bump the walls even once.
