A freezer that is quiet and has plenty of room for food

It's much easier to organize frozen Items in the Upright freezer and find them easily.

Great product - runs like a Rolex and love the versatility to use as a fridge or freezer,

I love my new freezer. Can hardly ever hear it. It stays at 0 degrees. My elecrtic bill went down 6$ and I only had it two weeks on that bill. I noticed that a few people were having trouble with it not sealing .Check for tape around the rubber seal. It is clear and I missed removing some of it.

Provides loads of space and it can also be used as a fridge. Also love the quick freeze feature.

The freezer is great. Great features, bright inside, very easy to find everything. Very clean and spacious! This purchase was suppose to come with a 100 dollar Best Buy gift card that never showed up. It took 2 weeks to get anyone on the phone from Best Buy customer service after a huge run around just for them to tell me that they couldn’t see the promotion I was talking about on anyone else’s purchases that day! Then when I asked to speak to a manager I sat on hold for 35 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. When someone finally did pick up they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. I’ve purchased almost every appliance in my house over the years from Best Buy, but this will be the last! I know this is just suppose to be a review of the product, but hopefully it helps anyone who expects good customer service when they are thinking about spending so much money from a company in times like these!

Great refrigerator works very well. I would recommend to buy this with anyone product.

Freezer works as expected, like the idea that it can switch to refrigerator if needed.

This is the second Fridge/freezer for me. I liked the fact that it can be selected to be either fridge or freezer. Price went up considerably compared to the 21cu i bought earlier( not available anymore) that I am using as a freezer . Almost paid the same for 13.8cu.

This freezer fits the needs of a family of six. It stores items properly and keeps things nice and frosty. It is a good solution for extra storage of frozen items without breaking the bank and without having that unsightly, large, top opening chest freezers.

Great fridge for a garage to hold drinks. Takes up less space than a normal fridge and freezer but has lots of space inside to hold all your beverages! Also love the fact it can be converted to a freezer if that is needed!

The freezer was easy to setup. Quick freeze setting was great to have since I had a quarter of beef to be put in later that day. The light on the inside lights up the entire inside of the freezer which is so helpful. It would look nice in any space. I highly recommend this freezer.

I replaced my freezer chest with this upright freezer and it is so much easier to store my food. I don’t have to move things around to see what I have left in it. So much more convenient.

We found ourselves in a bad place with our freezer dying and losing everything in it. Best Buy had this in stock and though we didn't know the brand, we are very happy with the freezer. The features are helpful, though user friendly, and a great size for the two of us.

I could not have asked for better service. The guys were fast and neat. They carried off two of my old appliances from the basement and didn’t charge me. They were great. Keep up the great works and God bless you.

it is nice. i went from a chest freezer to the upright insignia freezer. it is garage ready . and best of all i can see everything in it

Great freezer, was just delivered with a few dents and not much help from customer support while trying to resolve the issue.

We’ve had this product for a month and it is working fine. Only improvement would be to display the temperature without having to open the door.

Works great and for a great price. Love the built in alarm that warns you when it has been left open. Very strong seal.
