Open-Boxed Excellent Review

It was supposed to come with all the original parts and accessories for the unit to work. However, when I received the turntable it came with the parts thrown in the box and necessary items removed. Not only was the turntable missing the cartridge and needle, but it was also missing the user manual and the 45rpm accessory piece. I ended up having to return this item through customer service, as Best Buy's website threatened to charge me for any missing accessories the turntable may be missing. Overall, I ended up purchasing this item elsewhere for full price and learned that I will never trust or purchase anything open-box or "Best Buy Inspected" ever again. The turntable I received at a later date works and functions very well and would recommend it in new condition.
