Right won’t charge in the case, useless

The right one won’t charge in the case regardless of how you shift it to make contact. Since it’s some kind of magnet charging, there’s no plug in. Really annoying and really stupid. 5 months and I’ve wasted way too much time trying to get these to charge. Oh, and they use the old apple lightning charger port so usb c doesn’t work with these. Going to try to replace under warranty, but I’m sure that will be another nightmarish waste of time.

Great sound, but connectivity issues

When I am in a crowded gym I get a lot of breaking up of the audio. I reset the earbuds and then they improve, but it is very annoying to have to do that every so often as sometimes when I am in the gym I do not have the case with me.
