They are OK

I know it cannot be my phone because I had other beats wireless headphones and never had a problem. In addition when I use them and have a phone call no one is ever able to hear me. They say I sound muffled. They also do not hold a good charge.

If you don’t they have a temper tantrum, connect/ disconnect/ refuse to connect/ won’t turn on for a while.
