I was extremely disappointed with this version of Beats. First off the sound is sub par, bass is weak and noise cancelling is not adequate. The over the ear piece does hold the headphones in place very well but they fatigue (hurt) my ears after wearing them for 20 min. Beats are absolutely NOT worth the hefty price tag! I exchanged these beats for the latest Bose QC II noise cancelling headphones! Now the Bose are 1000% worth every penny! Best headphones I have used!

Bought these on sale for last minute gifts. Apple products are always a safe bet. I got a pair for myself as well and I enjoy them, especially during evening walking workouts.

Security on the ears is great. These won’t fall off. Terrible sound quality. Very tinny. I’ve tried every potential solution found through various sources. With poor sound fit doesn’t matter. Wouldn’t recommend.

I upgraded to these from AirPods. I loved the classic beats styling and how they seem to be a better fit for an active lifestyle and are water and sweat resistant. I thought these would have much better sound quality than my AirPods but they were not any better them. Very average sound. However after two days only one side would play music even with it having a full charge on both sides. I spent an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem and reset my beats at least ten times. I waited a couple days to drain the batteries of the charging case and both sides of the headphones and then they worked fine again. However this seems to be a common problem. Perhaps Apple/Beats should look into some quality control on their products.

I have old headphones and I think they have better sound than new ones

One earphone kept having connection problems with my iPhone. I worked with AppleCare Support to try and resolve the problem. Wasted tons of time on the phone, but the problem was never fixed. So I ended up returning the Powerbeats Pro to store. I cannot recommend this product.

They don't hurt your ears and a lightweight but they could be a little louder

These headphones are pretty decent on sound … but sweat proof is a whole other issue If you’re The hardest working person in the room … might want to get a different pair of headphones :)

They sounded amazing, but the pain from the hooks came rather quickly. If you don't mind the hooks, then they are a great pair of earbuds. Otherwise, you might be better off with Airpods, Sony WF, or Galaxy Buds Plus/Live.

The original beats had more sound and bass. Wish it was same company

Not comfortable. Too stiff. They do stay in place during workout.

Piece of GARBAGE. Beware don’t buy. None of them connect properly. Only one ear works. Returned first pair for another which did the same thing, was sent to Apple 4xs for repairs to no avail and they sent me a third set which doesn’t work either. I talked to 2 other close associates who had the exact same connectivity issues. GARBAGE!!!

I thought I would have loved theses because I have a pair of the bluetooth non-wireless 12 hour set. However, although these stay put on my ears, they are very uncomfortable. The piece that sits in my ear was too big so it hurt after wearing a few hours. I had to return them.

Amazing for music, no good for phone calls to much background noise.

It sounds quality was to be expected from Beats and Apple. However, the fit was not comfortable even with the smallest of earcups. I ended up going back to the original Airpods, and I am happy with their quality better.
