The quality is a joke. The volume level is extremely low compared to AirPods Pro or BoseSounport Free. The bass, they completely forgot about, there is absolutely no bass on these and I thought Beats were known for that. I own BoseSoundsport and AirPods Pro, I bought these because of the ear hook for running and I was going to sell the Bose. But after trying these, I just couldn't believe how inferior they were. These head phones should retail for $100 to line up with how they deliver sound, and even at that price I would be hesitant to buy them. Stick to AirPods Pro or Bose if you want TOP quality at a fair price.

It was working very well for a couple of months and then one of them started having some issues with charging and connectivity because it does not connect to the charger case properly. I've tried resetting, cleaning, and more with no success so far.

Day 1 with my brand new headphones. Will not turn off in the charging case. I have yo put them in the case to update and the app doesn't recognize that they are inside thw case. The right bud just randomly disconnected during my workout and would bot reconnect for about 20 minutes. Sound quality is mediocre but hey the fit is good. Can't find a feature to locate my buds. Apple continuea to make crap products. Heres an idea, if you want to charge $200 for headphones, make sure they are durable and and are a quality product.

Poor connection and left ear doesn’t connect at all now without a reset. Best Buy return period passed and Apple has yet to fix and says they ‘cannot replicate’ after 3 attempts.

Because beats is owned by Apple, they won't allow some of the useful features of these headphones to work on Android phones. Apple sucks that way. I could never get these to pair consistently. Sometimes it all was fine, the next time not so much. I would have to reset the headphones, turn off Bluetooth, restart my phone, etc, etc. A royal pain in the butt. Same experience with multiple Android phones, but they would connect flawlessly to my son's iPhone. It finally got to the point where the left ear bud would never connect/work with my phone at all. I gave up and gave them to my son. Apple sucks!!!

They fit great and everything but the sound quality could definitely be so much better and also the connection drops sometimes which is annoying. Way over priced, there are so much better headphones for the money.

My wiife wanted a set of earbuds similar to my Bose, however I felt she would be more comfortable with something that would not stick out as much. Setup was easy, she is a cancer survivor so I choose pink. Currently she is adapting to them well.

I waited for these and I was hyped, got them tried them on connected fast, great range, great sound... Then my ears started hurting.. the bulb above the ear tips is pushed into the side of your ear, sure it keeps them locked in place.. But that area becomes very sore very fast. So I returned mine.

No Full Control of Functions on Android

You will not have full control over all features unless you have an Apple device. Even downloading the app on an android will not give you full control. Automatic ear detection can't be disabled on an android. I liked them otherwise but spending $200 and not having full control is absurd.

    Ear Irritation

Sound quality is great. Biggest issue is that these were causing skin irritations to my ear and inner ear cannel. First pair I purchased had the same issue. I though it may have just been a bad pair. I still liked the earphones because they work great. However I was having the same issue with this second pair when I started using it. I've read online there are alot of people have also experienced this issue. I've cleaned it, wiped it down with warm towel. Unfortunate because these work well, I just have to suffer the skin irritation after every use.

These are so easy to connect to all of my devices. We have the black pair as well. The hooks seem to be a little more firm than my black pair, which causes a bit of tenderness on my ear after wearing for an extended period.

The first pair I bought gave me charging issues. I bought airpods shortly after but then they stopped working. I went back to these because they came in red hoping they would work better. So far I am not disappointed!
