Left ear never work I’m not sure if doesn’t charge or poor connection

when everything works, they sound great! Long story short i went through 2 pairs, both had the same issue, one of the ear pieces would lose connectivity, extreme hassle getting them reconnected, Don't waste your money wait for them to fix with software patch or new model next year!

They work well but for the price and color that I got, I just don't think it was worth it. I ended up getting another brand of earphones. I wasn't satisfied for what they were and how much I paid.

First day and second day, fully charged in its case. I used it to listen to music and it lasted on both days for close to 2 hours, third day eh the sound quality dropped and somehow the bass changed to tweeters sound! Very disappointing, Tomm will be my last test with music and I’ll check online as to HOW to adjust the bass sounds. IF this Doesn’t give me quality sounds, then I’ll quickly be returning them for a refund

He had a pair of beats before they came up with so I bought them in to the store to pick out a pair and pick those he loves those boots poles we have now he’s so excited and would not put them down that’s a investment thank you

It’s not what I was expecting it’s not worth what u pay for it

The design reminds me of a hearing aids. I prefer the original.

Great headphones but I missed placed them in I just don’t like how there’s no way to find like on the AirPods were able to find them on your find my iPhone app but with these theirs no way that I know of to find them if you miss placed them.

So i wear glasses and use these ear buds because all of the ones i had before were so small they got lost i love how i know they are there aren't going any where but when wear my glasses it can be a but heavy on my ears. other than that these are pretty darn dope!

They won’t stay connect to the iPhone and drop calls

This is a perfect item to transition to wireless. Love the compact charging case and without fear of losing them. I'm a Beats fan so it was easy to select these and I'm very happy. Sync with your Apple products in a snap.

I would exchange these if I could. but the the store site states not returnable. radomly shutting off mid conversation or music. disconnecting from the phone. They would not transmit or recive but the phone would work. One might work and the other not. They loose sync and cause and echo. If you pressed the button it would hang up the phone, or if you are listening to music would reconnect and start to play again. This was all at a full charge. The the next day they may work all day just fine. intermitant functionality. Soud is great when it works.

I got this for early Christmas present for my husband, he lives this product and functionality, long battery life and another plus, won’t loose them easily

The sound is amazing, however they fall out my ears often

Month and a half and they are going back to Apple. No sound coming from them at all. They can still control the device, but nothing will play. Tried resetting them and different devices. Looked online and apparently I am not alone. Also they are difficult to charge if you have made any adjustments to the bands as moving the band to the inside will make it difficult to get both in the case and connected. Voice quality for calls is great, but I bough this for conference calls, and if I can't rely on them to work when I have a call, then they are no good to me.

Right ear bud only charges half the time. Connectivity is shotty at best.

I have had multiple instances where I have had them on the charger overnight, and have had one be dead the next morning. Apple hasn’t been very helpful in fixing them either. They want to replace them (nearly new) with who knows how old refurbished ones. And this is the second pair I own. I was told the newer models work better. Yeah, no. Not even close. One, or the other will be dead at 1%. I’ve seen one bud connected to different things around my house. While in the case! There is a problem with these, and Apple either is clueless, or just want them to connect to one source period. Yikes...

Beautiful design but horrible connection i payed for the extended warrenty went back to best buy they dont just exchange it because of its a Apple product and I HATE APPLE..id vow to never buy crappy apple again.

Really disappointed when I purchased due to the fact that the fit was so uncomfortable. If it wasnt for the previous beats I owned that broke I wouldnt have got these beats in the first place. I did my best to change the earbud tips to fit my ear and adjust the clamp but the way this was constructed was painful after less than an hour and had to return these. I never had a problem with fitting with my previous beats and those were made in 2016. I hope the next beats they reconstruct doesnt have this same issue otherwise I wont be buying beats anymore.

Good quality however very quiet compared to cheaper headphones
