Unreliable. Expect sound to randomly stop

The first pair stopped playing sound out of the left ear piece after about 2 weeks of use. No amount of customer support could fix the problem. Exchanged it for a new pair and after 3 uses, the right ear piece on the new pair has stopped playing sound. Neither pair could be reset and both pairs have proven to be a $250 mistake, each.

Left one is always dead.

A lot of times although in the case and it is closed, it is connected to my iphone. Must adjust the earbud many times so it charges. Not the best product in my opinion. Unsure of how to fix, do I need to send in to get fixed or replaced?

No warranty coverage because beyond 1 year. Apple asked for 100 dollars to give me a new pair. Please don't buy this product, it's plenty of people complaining about similar issues. Save your money for another pair of headphones.
