Always drop signal

The talking quality is horrible, but the music is ok but not great because it also drops the bluetooth. I have tried everything to repair it but nothing will work. These cost 250, and they act like some BS.

only one speaker working

I have reset the headphones multiple times, done the firmware update twice, visited best buy and wasted far too much time on the phone with apple.
