BUT THIS IS “NOT” ANYTHING CLOSE TO “RED”. I ordered a “RED” cellphone case, I got a RED CHARGING Cord for my phone and the beats are like a coral / orange. I was so irritated when I got them. Is it too late to return them ?

I get ear pain after 10 minutes

Switched to my Bose headphone and pain is gone. Was this lab tested in different shaped ears? May be silicone tips will be better. I feel bad to go back to the store and return it.

Have returned to Apple for repair and still have same issue. When they do work usually only one connects. Would never buy again

I have purchased 2 pair and had one pair replaced. The same issue every time. One headphone does not connect and or does not charge.

High price doesn’t mean high quality

I consistently have issues with only one ear bud connecting, meaning I have to reset using the case. The case is clunky and feels cheap. Overall, not what I expected for the high price.
