Poor microphone operation

I returned and replaced with air pod pros and no longer have that issue.

Maybe I am too used to the over the ear headphones that help blockout noise? For example, at the gym, i have to turn these all the way up in order to hear my music over the gym’s music. Very frustrating. First pair of Beats and I am honestly shocked.

My experience with the AirPods are better

The downfall... the part that goes around your ear hurts, the pressure is too much for the cartilage. I’ve had mine for 4 months and they are already developing problems as far as quality. Also in my opinion the AirPods are louder

Dead in the case!

But after using them for a little over a year, both of the charging cases have gone out! They are too pricey to have such a short lifespan.
