Good product, good concept, but uncomfortable around the ears

These are my second pair and both pairs never dropped or wet. Overtime one earbud would get low and eventually stop working. Never buying these again, super disappointed in apple & beats.

THE WORST EARBUDS. Do yourself a favor and avoid these. Each earpiece fails to charge in the port due to a design flaw, leaving one earpiece charged and the other one dead. They fit horribly, regardless of the inner ear piece used. Very uncomfortable, especially the middle part of the outer ear. After an hour of use, pain is felt. Can not be used for phone calls after 3 months, you can hear the other line but the caller can not hear you well. Described as "distant and choppy". Chunky ugly case. The colors were nice and the profile pretty discrete. Got these for running and again, they hurt your ears after about an hour. Can't return to Best Buy after as they broke a couple months after purchase. So mad for the price these cost it's a complete rip off.

Great sound when wearing but the microphone is absolutely terrible. No one can hear me when I get a call and it’s absolutely frustrating for the price. Best Buy and beats have done nothing to help me solve this issue

How do you order these headphones and get a huge box with a DVD player in it?

Junk buy AirPods don’t charge half of the time waste of money.

Does not keep a charge long. Last just up to 30 to 35 minutes on a full charge.

Battery is bad and can be better compatible with the phone

I love the fit of these headphones and the sound is great... when the headphones actually work. I ran into a problem with my original set where they would not charge (the charging design is terrible - if you jostle the case at all, they come off the contacts and stop charging). I was given a replacement pair, and now that pair runs into intermittent issues where one or both of the earbuds (usually the right one) will not connect. I wanted to love these because of the sound and the design... unfortunately, I went 0-for-2 in terms of functionality.

Un reliable poor usage battery defect I deserve a refund

Returned item as original airpods has better sound. These sounds like cheap dollar store headphones. They feel nice, but do clamp down on the ear a bit. They do pair well like airpods, but lack any real sound quality

Mine out worked for a week and a half. At that point, the right one wouldn't charge and the charging case wouldn't hold a charge. Apple sent me a new right ear bud and charging case but the right one would still produce no sound. I blame the fact that the serial numbers of the left and right one did not match anymore. Apple blamed the fact that I have an Android. I even did a factory reset on my phone to make absolutely certain that my phone was not "remembering" the old serial number and rejecting the new one. After 7 hours of time on the phone with apple and them telling me in order for them to send me another that they would have to put a hold on my bank account for the price of a new one, they are absolutely being returned.

Sounds really flat, no bass, has an echo sound to it
