It constantly disconnects from iPhone, the sound is good though.

Only really works with Apple product. When I connect them with my Samsung, most of the features are all gone.

Earbuds stopped working within 2 months I’m very annoyed since it cost nearly $200.

I BOUGHT THESE HEADPHONES 2 MONTHS AGO AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY STOPPED WORKING! One side cuts on and off, it still says it’s paired to my phone playing music but no sound. Also the other side is just a buzzing sound. My cousin got hers couple weeks after I got mine and she had a problem with it and returned it back for a new one. SMH

These were a big disappointment. They left earpiece would not hold a charge I read reviews after a bit too late. The case when is fully charged also dosent last I believe there is a lawsuit against Apple for this defective product.

I have had this product going on 10 months. I have a hard time keeping both ears paired to my phone, it seems to favor the left ear. The headphones also sync to devices when they are stored in the case. I will be on a handsfree call in my car and the headphones in the case in my bag will pair at random.

Sound quality for music is all it's good for but mediocre at best. Its a complete waste of money for using to make calls. I bought these because I was on my 4th pair of airpods. They kept falling out and I'd lose one. The quality is not worth the price.

The battery on the right Bluetooth quit accepting a charge.

Only used the left ear piece once and now it is not charging. Going to a Best Buy to see how this can be resolved. It seems from other forums that this is an ongoing issue with the colored Powerbeats Pro. Why? My boyfriends black Powerbeats Pro work just fine. *Review is subject to change if Best Buy Store is able to fix the issue.

The battery is not lasting long but the sound is good

A $40 pair of Sony headphones has better sound quality than these $250 ones, even dollar store headphones are louder and have better bass. Even on sale, I consider these a rip off. You're basically just paying for the Beats logo as the sound quality is very poor. You're better off buying Bose if you want a high end ear piece.

Absolutely horrible! I was beyond excited to purchase these because they wrap around the ear. They worked great until 3 days after the return day! They will turn on and off every 20-30 minutes. Once that happens the base is completely GONE! It sounds like the vocalist has a lisp! Worst purchase EVER!
