I have so many high end earbuds that just won't fit my ears these never come out sound great and I can not be happier with this purchase.

I love it but sometimes the battery won’t charge completely

These earbuds are not as comfortable as they feel when you first put them on. After wearing these for about half an hour, they start to feel uncomfortable. Sound quality is great.

Sound quality was great and not having wires connected was the only plus for me. The cons were the sensitivity of the connect call/disconnect buttons on the side of ear piece; a slight grazed of the button would disconnect a call. Secondly, the connectivity was very poor from a very short distance from the phone, especially while I'd worked out couldn't step away not even 5 ft. without having distortion. Overall, I was very displeased with this product especially with its high price tag.

The title says it all. Prior to purchasing these, I had an Insignia brand and I was very happy with its performance. After a couple of years, the earphones were not holding their full charge. They still worked for my daily workouts but would not last for an entire apartment cleaning. I looked for the same type but was unable to find them so I started to look at other brands. I always read product reviews and check YouTube video reviews prior to buying higher dollar items (I bought these on sale but was still over $200). Everything I saw was positive and Beats is a well-known brand so I felt confident in spending the money. However, I have been disappointed with these for a couple of reasons: 1. The sound is OK, but given the fact that these are normally $250, I was expecting more. 2. The main issue I have with these is the way that they charge, or more accurately the way that they do not charge. There is no way to tell that the earphones are actually charging by looking at the case, which is one of the things I liked about the Insignia brand. There have been several occasions where I went to use these only to find that one of the earphones was completely drained and useless. I now have to open the case the night before and check the app to make sure that they have charged but that can lead to other issues. It appears that in order to see the charge level for both earphones one has to be removed. There have been occasions that the night before when I checked them they are charged but when the case was closed one of the earphones got knocked off the charging posts and was dead in the morning. 3. Another thing I liked about the Insignia brand was that they could be turned off when not in use. These Beats do not have that option so they remain on all the time which is another reason that if they get knocked off the charging posts they continue to discharge. After experiencing the charging issue, I did a more specific search and this seems to be a common problem. When the time come to replace these, I will not be a returning Beats customer.

They work great and I am pleased with their performance

These headphones are amazing. The charge last a long time and they always connect and stay connected to my devices. These are especially good while working out since they don’t fall out of my ears like the apple EarPods did.

The headphones were a gift. The person I gifted it to, is in love with them and uses them all of the time. This is used with an android phone and it is reliable and is great for workouts, it does not fall out of your ears!

Great quality sound. doesnt hurt wearing them for hrs. battery life is exceptional. just good headphones!

I love how it doesn’t fall off of your ears and it is very loud. It blocks out any background noise and it is very clear.

I really like these and even better when they go on sale! They connect automatically no set up needed and definitely stay in my ears compared to other brands I tried. I was skeptical to buy expensive ones but worth it.

Ive been using the airpods for the GYM and they just wernt cutting it for sound, but i didnt want to struggle with pairing each time I had to use a non-Apple headphone. These are super easy to use, seamless connectivity and sound (bass) is perfect.

I use these every day at work all day long, great battery life, great sounds during calls and music.
