Sound great and easy to use. I like the fact I can just take it out of the ear canal but keep it on my ear. This helps for when I don't want have the case nearby.

If you see these on the app then return immediately!! if you don't you just bought the most frustrating product. This letter was the third time I sent the product to apple for repair. Do me a favor look at the time stamps on the pictures (top left). Then look at the letter and email. You will not get support; the case is defective and now I have a $200 dollar product I want to through at the wall after 4 months of trial.

Better sounding than the Beats 3, but has issues with sync with 1 ear piece falling out of sync at random or both losing sync all together. Now when they're working they sound great, I would say they work about 85% of the time with no problems. If you're at the gym and don't have the charging cradle to easily resync you might run into problems. Placing the set back in the cradle allows the units to resync easy. I'm giving the unit a 3.5, since I can't select 3.5 it's getting a 4 by default.

This was a gift for my mom. She loves this and uses it all the time. She uses these for wireless talking as well and is very pleased.
