The carrying case is too big to comfortably put in my pocket, and because of how the buds are Angeles it’s a pain to get them on my ears and in my ears. Not big ear friendly for sure. Plus they only sound Ok. Wired apple ear buds sound better.

They do not fall off and hardly need as much adjustments when compared to other earphones. I have a Pixel 3 XL phone, and while I have experienced some instances where connectivity has dropped, it doesn't happen as often to cause me concern or irritation. Would like to see this with USB C.

They fit my ear so well without hurting like the Samsung Earbuds I had been using for several years. Connecting is easy and sound is so clear! While they are a bit pricey, they have proven to be well worth the cost. I highly recommend!

Now, this very well may be for android users, I don't know, but even to put them on my ears and for the earbuds to detect when they are on has been hit or miss. If I can get them on and they are operational, at times, one or both will all of sudden power down. There is nothing you can do to tell the ear bud to turn on because it should automatically sense it is on your ear. The app that goes with is no help. When they do work, the sound quality is great, but the lack of consistency is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. I really wanted to like this product, but it completely falls short. I should have stuck with Bose.

I was worried the ear hooks would get uncomfortable but that is not the case, and I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. Great sound quality. My only complaint is that they don’t have active noise cancellation, which should be included at this price. Super easy to use with as many apple devices as you have.
