SERIOUS CONNECTIVITY ISSUES

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first pair i received after waiting weeks was defective, could not connect the right ear pod. connecting to my phone was easy but the problem i am having is at the gym it is very difficult to sync to the treadmills. you have to use the case which is inconvenient to carry because of it's size. it usually takes several tries to connect. i know its the product as my old cheap earphones connect instantly. very disappointing feature.
