Very disappointed

First off there is a 20% loss in volume if you use any of the EQ presets. So now you have to turn the EQ off completely. Secondly, The voice dictation is terrible. It didn’t even come close to translating speech to text. Finally the voice calling was just as bad. No one could understand what I was saying and there would often be static or my voice would get that underwater sound. I ultimately returned these earphones b/c at $250 I expected a lot more.

Great sound, bulky case
