Couldn’t keep them working

I like that they are over ear and I was able to adjust the fit to make them comfortable. But charging is a nightmare. I would place them in the case overnight, even checking the connection points, and still wind up with one completely drained. Beyond that, more than once I tried to connect them and one would not work. I’d have to put it back in the case just to get it to work, despite being charged. This doesn’t work if you’re a runner and need to leave the case in a car. Unfortunately, issues like this rose more often than not so I had to return them. Super bummed!!! Please fix and I’ll try again someday.
