Faulty Connectivity, Charging (Trust) Issues

I keep them in a fully charged case and more often than not--maybe 90% of the time--when I get to the gym I expect them to be fully charge but they are not. Most of the time, either one is drained or both and/or only the right one will connect. This is very frustrating due to the price I paid. I make sure to clean the contact points. Not sure why this happens all the time. But I do see that others also have the same issue. Be prepared.
