The sound is awesome. They even read my text messages and give me the chance to respond! I don't like the massive case but I won't reduce the number of stars for the product for this thing.

One second they have a certain volume then jumps to a whole new level. I also wish the app gave us eq choices. I did notice that they will continue to play even when they're not on my ear...that eerie, haha. 5 points for that pun!
