Great headset very comfortable and light in the ear....doesn't come out easy ..so very good whole running or working out

These sound and fit better than any other wireless ear phones that I’ve tried.... they also work flawlessly with apple phones.

The reception is very good. The problem that I had is that you can only connect to the blue tooth if you wear both air pods. I did not like that. When I tried to return them I could not.

They are very easy to use very easy to plug in to get them connected. The price was great.

I purchased these earphones in September 2019 and around Mid October, the reliability of connectivity stop working. One earphone would work, then the opposite earphone you would hear nothing. I immediately called Apple and the support person stated he would send me a box and return them for repairs. But, shortly after that phone call, I was able to get the earphones working. Apple never sent the box and I never followed back up with Apple because they seemed to working fine. As time went by, I would never know when the earphones would work or not. Again, I called Apple on 1/6/2020 and the support stated that he will send me a box for return. I asked, what I'm going to listen to? I suggested they just send me a new set and I will send the old ones when I get the new ones. Apple support stated, I can give them my credit card number and they will send a new set out and when they received the old ones, they will not charge my Credit Card. I declined leaving my credit card number, because. like they don't trust me to get the old ones returned, I don't trust them with my credit card number. So I'm waiting on the box, so I can return these High Dollar, unreliable earphones. I have owned several Beats head phones, these are the worst and most unreliable. I can remember better customer service from Beats, but like everything else in life, it's all about money and customer service comes second.

I love these for podcasts and phone calls. Music ks gold too. I love that they easily connect to apple.

I had these for about 4 hours before I returned them. My wife told me that there was a strange noise coming through the headset to her. We were both using iPhone XRs. The in-ear Beats products and I have always had issues. The sound was good, but should have been better. I also had a hard time getting them to fit in my ear. The Jaybird Vista sounds better and is customizable. The Sony WF1000XM3 is what I went with. If one cannot get a good seal in the ear, no headphones are any good.

After trying to run using my wife’s AirPods, I realized they weren’t going to work. These are the next best thing if you plan on using them for working out. Easy pairing and communication. Auto-play when you put them in is a great feature too.

I bought these for myself but for some reason they just keep hurting my inner ear I have change the earbuds to the small one but they still hurt really bad any suggestions on how to get the inner ear to stop hurting

they're great ... i used them every day for work & while working out , definitely recommend...way better than air pods
