Very easy ordering and pickup process. Was in and out of the store in 5 mins. Best Buy is the best place to use for all electrical and computer needs. Don't buy these earphones though. They break really easily and do not last. Samsung will not replace, only repair. And after repairing them they broke again a week later. Bad brand, stick with Apple or Beats

Sound volume is hard to control. Most of the time, the left earbud doesn't hang up with a tap. I have to actually hang up using the phone.

I got these 3-weeks ago and the call quality on iPhone sucks. I’ve switch pairs, still bad. Sound quality is okay not great. For $130 not bad

I'm really trying to like these. Everyone says they can't hear me. I just tried to change the ear piece size again and I'll update my review.

I ended up bringing these back. Really poor sound quality. Spend the extra money and get the Air Pods.

Didn’t like the way they fit in my ears,and how they cut down on hearing.when I bent over they would fall out of my ears. Returned them.

I had a hard time hearing people unless I had both of them in. I would not recommend them to anyone. I love the bose earbuds.

works ok, sometimes people have a hard time hearing me. It might be my hair that covers the buds that doesnt make it come out clearly.

These Samsung earbuds are way TOO LOW on the volume for the money I spent on them. I've purchased cheaper brands that had better results. The quality doesn't reflect the price I've paid for them. I've seen all the videos on how to turn the volume up and non of that mess works.I love Samsung products but they hot the earbuds wrong on this round.

Could not seem to get them right in my ears...when they stayed in... they worked great

This work wonderfully at first but this is my second pair where the left ear bud goes out.

these are great for listening to music but not for phone calls, which is what I purchased them for. unfortunately I had to return them.

The Galaxy buds were a nice try at competing with the Apple Air pods and other wireless headphones on the market. However, with mediocre sound and poor connection issues ( and yes I have the Galaxy Note 9) it just doesn't pair up. The sound is just ok... When I would ride my bike through the city I would get static. I did have that issue with the Apple Air pods or the beats x. Maybe next year they will come up with something better.

i mainly bought these to make calls but then everyone i sooke to started to complain that theres lots of background noise

I ordered two pair of these refurbished earbuds and they both are already malfunctioning after only having them for few weeks. They won't hold a charge, and one ear bud will lose energy long before the other On the other pair, the left volume is very low, charging has no affect on fixing the volume level.

However the left one fell in water. I scooped it up right away. Shook it dry and assumed it would be a losd. It's still working fine

Its great in every way but one. It picks up every little background noise for the other person on the phone when you're on a call.

Awesome product except mic, great price. I love best buy, always have great products and excellent customer service.

Purchased these a month and in less than three weeks had to exchange them because the sound quality when on phone calls is horrible. Whenever they were used for phone calls the person on the other line could hardly hear me over the static noise coming from the earbuds. The only thing they were ok for was to listen to music. Also battery life is not good neither. In addition after the exchange the problem persisted.

When on the phone people say I sound weird, so I'm not pleased about that. Expected crisp sound.
