It cuts in and out sitting still. Base station had to be unplugged and plugged in regularly, even after update. I play daily and it works for what I need. Just hope they have another update soon.

However, the set up to be able to talk to other players was extremely frustrating. For the price of these headphones, one would hope the set up would be automatic.

They always lose connection when I am in the same room as the base station I have tried updates I have tried changing the position I have tried resetting the headsets and I’ve tried multiple pairs. I have come to the conclusion that they are just bad headsets And for the price this is inexcusable. I went with the steel series arctic pro wired version. They are the best headsets I have ever had. I have heard really good things about the wireless as well I would recommend going with either of those better.
