Set o far so good....

First pair stopped worked after a year or so of below average use (not even 1hr per week) Picked up a second pair (Previous version) and bought the warranty again. Just returned that pair March 2020 because the mic mute stopped worked and the left ear completely stopped producing sound. Same amount of use as the first pair. Just got a 3rd pair which happened to be the new V2. Refused to buy the warranty. TBD

The headset good

To people trying to install it go to the astro site and got to install control panel go to the second one for pc and not from the Microsoft store and it will let you install new firmware.

Constant buzzing in the left ear…..not happy

After setup, headphones were working perfectly fine and as expected. After a day of charging and on the second day of us there was a buzzing and static in the left ear that would not go away at all. After multiple resets and looking online it seems this has been a known issue for these headphones that has not been corrected after being out for so long. If we cannot find a solution for them returning them will be the next option within the next few days.
