Not to say the Sony's were bad but these are more comfortable and sound better.

Great Headset When it Connects to the Series X

However, it doesn’t shake hands with the Xbox Series One X or the Series X perfectly. I’m always having to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plugging it back in for it to be recognized my Xbox Series X. I had the same experience when I was using it on the One X. FYI: Sometimes it requires a hard reset, which you perform by simultaneously holding down the game volume setting on the right ear cup and the Dolby button for 10 seconds. Once you let off of both buttons, it will reset. But when it works, it works nicely!

I prefer other headsets which volume control options. Such as turn down the game volume to hear ppl in my party talk or turn up the game volume which turn down the my teams voices.

Sometimes the connectivity can be a little buggy and charging station very delicate when setting the headphones on and charging, but the sound quality is great and I’d buy this again.

Unless you're a real audiophile looking to tweak everything, best look elsewhere. My headset had a 'screw' pop out and the cuff is hanging by the wire...I cannot fathom how this happens on a $300 headset. Even worse, it's no longer returnable to BB and Astro makes it difficult to submit a ticket to return or exchange...Do yourself a favor and buy a mid-range headset, it's not worth the headache when it inevitably fails.

The microphone works extremely well. I have nlt been disappointed and would highly recommend these to anyone. I have not ran into any cinnectio. Error. I use these maiinly work from home for meetings and such they are amazing. Works so great with games and music.

They also had a beeping sound they would make but it fixed with the bios updates. Overall I think they are great some small issues but I’ve used them for a few years and I think they are the best on the market but could be cheaper

They are not only stylish, user friendly, and highly functional, but they are also extremely affordable. My husbands previous model of this headset unfortunately broke just before Christmas. Boy was he surprised when he got to open up a brand new pair and of the newest version!
