The headphones feel good, I feel like you have nothing on for me. The sound is great I love the 360 experience. I only use the mic once but it was good. Only one bad thing I had to connected to my laptop and do a download / update for it. But I still love it.

First of all just wow! This headset is super comfortable and sounds amazing. Pretty easy to set up too, plug the usb cable into you Xbox, plug the optical cable into the Xbox to the headset stand and set it from pc to Xbox. Also I called Astro customer support and this will work with the series X when it comes out.

Honestly I bought these because so many people that stream online say they're great and very comfortable. To get them to work properly on your PC you need to download the Astro Command Center and make sure that you keep everything up to date. If you don't place them on the charger just right they won't charge, or if you don't keep the program up to date they won't charge. They are comfortable and they do work great once you get them set up properly. As for the PS4 side of things, you need to change some settings in the PS4 before they will work for you, but nothing a quick google search won't help with.

Love these headphones better then my very expensive sound system. I am constantly wearing these for watching movies and gaming! The sound makes you feel your in the game and watching movies it makes you feel like your at a IMAX theater! Great battery life too since I'm constantly using it I get a good 15 hours!

I am a hardcore xbox gamer, so I wear this thing for 8 hours a day some times and I hardly know it is there, the sound is awesome, and it works so well with my computer I have both my Xbox sound and PC sound into it at the same time. Perfect for any setup.

Most wireless headsets either feel like they are crushing my head or are too loose to stay on while doing simple movements, the ear pieces are large and comfortable, they fit well and I can go through most of my house from the office and not lose reception, and with average usage i only need to charge them every 4-5 days.

Mid at best, especially for the money. I thought my older gen A40’s with the mixamp were dead after spilling water on them (they ended up being fine) so I picked these up but was pretty disappointed. Audio’s okay, nothing to write home about, comfortable with big earcups which I like, build quality seemed pretty subpar for the price (the middle of the band separates with little force), but the thing that drove me nuts was the split channels that I love so much with my A40’s just refused to work on these. I tried everything I could think of, firmware was up to date, changed a ton of settings, and it only worked once before messing up again. I just could not get audio to come through the voice channel for some reason. Anyways, returned them after I found out my A40’s were fine.

This review comes from a current employee at Best Buy. Let's start with the good. This headset sounds great. Great audio quality all around. Used it for listening to music and general gaming and it's awesome. For games, you get some pretty nice directional sound thanks to Dolby. This headset is also pretty comfortable. The fabric feels pretty nice, and the ear cups sit comfortably for long sessions. The microphone is adequate. It's nothing to write home about, but still better than the mics you find in $50 headsets. Now for the bad, and this ruined my overall experience. The constant connection issues I've had while using this on PC (which it does have a PC mode with a functioning Astro Command Center) have been very frustrating. The amount of times I would turn on my PC and put my headset on only for them to simply not work. I would need to sift through my settings and disable and re-enable them in order to work properly. This happens at least once every 2 weeks. Now recently, I've also had issues with them charging. They no longer charge via any method (base station or usb). I have found at least 7 different troubleshooting methods, and none have solved my problems. Even the hard reset method did not work. For a headset I've had for only a year, this already does not bode well for durability. Considering these issues are widespread acrossed the community of owners, I cannot recommend this product for any sale they put it on, unless it goes below $150, which won't happen.

For the purchase price, I expected this to hold up a lot better. The sound is great and it's very comfortable, but there are some quirks. Every week or so, I have to unplug it from my Xbox and plug it back in, in order for it to pick up my voice. The pad at the top also seems to fall out a lot which detracts from it's comfort. Would much rather have gone with a cheaper product if I knew the quality would degrade so quickly.

I love them & they are perfect for blocking out sound. But I’ve started to get a headache with them, really bad. To a point where I have to stop doing hw & take a break Bc I can no longer think clearly nor see. I’m buying mod kit in attempt to see if that will help with headaches. Usually I can go a few hours w/ one, but I already had headache today, took Tylenol & came back once I put headset on.

I previously owned the steel series arctis 7 and those were a great pair of headsets that still currently work perfectly fine to this day. But the upgrade on comfort and sound quality when going to the astro a50s is incredible. Would highly recommend them, they are worth every penny

Awesome headset! Buttons lag when you press them a bit only if you don’t update the firmware, update the firmware! Amazing sound mic sounded a little low for some reason and the comfort! Literally the most comfortable headset I’ve even owned and trust me I have probably every top headset out here!

The sound is good and not advertised that you could also hook it to the tv optical to provide wireless listening from your tv. Downside is the base has to be rebooted constantly.

These headphones are great for gaming! The clarity is excellent!! They’re comfortable to wear for many hours while gaming!

Great sound quality, very comfortable. Easy to hook up. Controls are awful. Adjusting in game and chat audio is inconsistent and can be frustrating at times.

Excellent sounding headset with ultra comfortable support for long hours of gaming, easy to switch from xbox to pc settings, worth the cost !

Bought for my husband, and he loves them. This was an upgrade from the first one that I bought him many years ago as a gift when we where dating. First set still works. Great durability, crosses consoles, great sound and chat. Definitely worth the $$
