Great sound quality and noise canceling.I can hear players foot steps and pinpoint there location.

The audio is really good and crisp. The head cushion is not great though it broke first day just from putting it on my head

Sound is awesome on these. My only complaint is that the A50’s will not charge on the base station while PS5 is in rest mode. Research says it is a Sony issue that will be addressed in an update. But again the sound is super immersive and the headset is comfortable.

The best gaming headsets on the market. Consistency is the one word I can describe the Astro brand. The A50's are the bar for gaming when it comes to a wireless headset. The convenience of the charging dock and the Astro app to tweak the settings are above top notch.

These headphones are really fricken awesome. Love the sound and the ease of use for these headphones. They come at a costly price without the “upgrades”. You’re spending the money on them already they should just give the upgrades in the package regardless. The second “bad” thing would be the headband. You can replace the head band, again it would be an upgrade but for players like myself I need to be able to play with one ear muff half way on. The A40s headband broke on me, same design. Just wish I didn’t have to worry about it on my A50s.

Solid so far, the top band is not the most comfortable thing which is why 4 out of 5 stars. Coming from Steel Series I was skeptical at first. The sound quality has never been an issue, the mic quality is good and the 3 sound settings are alright.

Great wireless headset although it can have some manufacturing issues with the middle head band. Warranty process was simple and they just sent a new one and didn’t require sending the old back so if you have problems, replacing is easy. You can also get a good distance from the base before experiencing connection loss.

I made the switch from console to PC for gaming, eliminating the need for an Xbox. I wanted something that works with Dolby Atmos audio, as my surround system at home is a 5.1.4 setup via sound bar. This headset was the first listed on the Dolby site for compatibility with Atmos audio. Having no need for the Xbox specific base, I bought the PS4 version of this headset to allow for compatibility with a PS5 when I'm able to get one. So far, with PC usage, this headset is absolutely amazing. It took a little while to get setup properly, but since then, it's been a breeze. The surround sound works incredibly well, and the height audio fully immerses you. The deep bass rumbles throughout, but never overpowers the vocal audio to where you can't understand characters in games. There's a reason this thing is so expensive, but it's totally worth the cost for the incredible quality it possesses.

Great headphones even if they are a bit on the expensive side. That being said, I did have some problems with these on Xbox. ( Sound cutting out, and the base not registering when plugged it) Your going to have to plug the base into a PC and download the software and upgrade the firmware. Really easy to do, but if you don't have a PC its going to be impossible to update the firmware. After I updated the firmware all the issues I had were resolved.

Amazing sound quality, having the ability to roam away from my computer while still being able to listen to YouTube, Spotify, or take Discord calls is nice.

Has problems connecting to xbox one S have to make sure that you turn headset on prior to powering up xbox even still you might have to reset the xbox adhesion a time or two

Crystal clear, mic up to mute, has a dock to charge, only down side is when I turn on my Xbox sometimes it doesn’t connect but a simple unplug of the dock and back in fixes it, hands down worth the price, closet headset I have is hardly close in price but the ps5 headset which is really good but a step or two behind the a50, since I have both consoles I decided to test the capabilities and they fall nothing short of the price, granted if your a here and there gamer like me and don’t have the necessity to get it, any other basic mic will do but the quality is unmatched on this unit

I bought this from my son for Christmas based on the recommendation of a Best Buy sales associate. I knew nothing about gamer headsets prior to this purchase. I just asked what was on of the best gamer headsets available and the Astro A-50 is what he recommended. I have since done some further research on the internet and the Astro A-50 is highly touted as one of the best wireless gamer headsets on the market. My son seems to enjoy the headset. He uses them daily. The set up was fairly simple. The price seems a little steep. I'd recommend these.

Upgrading to a wireless headset is so convenient. Having a headset mount without cables is such a space saver which leads to a cleaner, sleeker desktop space. As for gaming, the sound is crystal clear, the mic works exactly as advertised and it fits comfortably for long periods of time.

Great headset im coming from the razer nari ultimates and while those were decent these are leagues ahead of razer, The sound quality is amazing the highs and lows are pretty good straight out of box you can make a custom eq for the headset in the app so its more of your standard. The Dock is something nice it holds your headset for you while charging it, it also has a mini display on the bottom showing you how charged the headset is even when its not sitting on the dock along with if it was pc/console and what eq setting your on.

Where do I start? I love this headset. Any streamers should def have this headset. You can listen to your ps and pc at the same time, as well as whatever aux device as well. There only two gripes with the headset. That's the headband cushion popping off when adjusting the earcups length and no bluetooth or aux on the headset itself. Other than that I love these. The sound is amazing. Great quality sound. I'm no audiophile but these sound good.

Great battery life and amazing sounds for COD. My wife says she can hear the gun shots from my headphones a few feet away. Not quiet for the people within 10 ft of you but otherwise great.

It just works. Mic is good but not attachable. Strictly a gaming headset. Only downside on the x is that atmos will override your custom settings. The 9x was the most comfortable head set and I think they sounded better but the static and disconnects made them unbearable. My original a40s lasted and are still working so I went back to them and got the a50 as I needed wireless. Biggest downside is the price. But it just works and they will last

Literally plug and play! Yes you can set up more settings online (optional) but this was way better user friendly then the last gen. The earphones themselves felt a little smaller in diameter then last gen but the comfort is still there’s great sound and mic clarity.
