Amazing sound quality easy to connect and once you have them off you can barely hear any outside noise

If you dont have a laptop/ desktop to download the app for the headset dont buy this. Battery life is surprisingly great! The cushion from the top of your head will not hold at all, glue it or lose it.

Super comfortable. Took awhile to set up and update drivers, but once done install was smooth. Wish the charge station had its own power plug. Does only usb plug in for power. Wish it had some more base or i just might have to mess with the tuner program.

Booming bass along with great functions on pc. I mean they are a50s perfected over the years just like the a40s have been. I love them and tend to switch between these and g pro x wireless headset depending on the game im playing. These are very Bassey so if you're looking for that these will be perfect. Which I know a lot of fps players differ between either booming bass or miss and highs. You can customize these to your liking in astro software on your pc and save the presets to the base station which is the greatest idea ever by the way. Just out the headphones on the base and they are charging. No worries about charging them because its thoughtless for these. Best charging style I can think of. Great headphones that are super comfy for long periods. They justify the money.

They're a little pricey but my last headset lasted me an entire console generation. Looking at that way, this one time purchase will coast me through this console generation with comfort and insane fidelity. A beautiful headset.

These headphones have a really good feel of quality to them. They do not feel cheap or flimsy, plus they are very comfortable during extended gameplay. I would say the price is a little steep but worth it in my opinion.

I love my a50’s, from the gaming, to the movie, and tv show experience. It has many sound settings, and you can customize through the command center app for even more variation. Using this with my Xbox my mic quality as well as the sound quality is amazing when gaming; but with the different sound modes, movies, tv shows, and even music are all very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The top cushion fell apart after less than 3 months. The mic quality isn’t even on par with the A10’s, although range and battery life are good. The left speaker has a rattle to it. If you happen to look down at your phone the headset will automatically shut off. The audio mixer after a few fast paced clicks will go all the way up or all the way down making it incredibly difficult to find a mediation between game volume and voice chat volume.

Headset is over all great. Awesome quality audio especially for the console platform. Although I have had constant problem with the interchangeable top head cushion. It pops out of place way to often. I have contacted Astro and this is a defect according to their team. Hopefully it’s resolved soon!

Only 3 stars Because although I love these they are not worth $300.00. They are comfortable and sound great but the Price ??? Come on .!!! Thats my opinion I don't think they sound any better than a $150.00 set.

From turtle beaches stealth gen 2s to this it’s a night and day difference when it comes to sound quality. You can absolutely hear everything in game it is amazing. If you’re a gamer and play WZ I highly recommend this headset especially at a discount.

Wonderful headset! Works well wirelessly or wired up. Amazing highs and lows with a huge range. Perfect for gaming or watching movies. I would totally recommend if you’re looking for a great gaming headset.

When i used the astros for the first time they were probably the most comfortable headset i used in a while. I enjoy using them. Although when the volume is max there is static so I that is a bit annoying but i got used to it

Straightforward set up, amazing quality, and exceptional battery life.

After suffering through years worth of audio issues due to the way Turtle Beach headsets connect I had to make a change. Both Gen 1 and Gen 2 of the TB 700's for the Xbox suffered from the same hit and miss performance, constant drops and connectivity issues that I had to try something else. Gen 2 was the last straw for me, as it suffered from the same game breaking connection issues as Gen 2 did. Upon returning my TB's I made the change to the Astro A50's. They cost $150 more...and are worth every penny. No more connection issues, no more audio drops while playing, no more non-sense. Just a great gaming experience from an audio perspective. To top it off, Astro has an app on the Xbox that allows you to configure your headset they way you want to. A must buy IMO!

Best headset ever, great sound. My critiques would be on design, the top headband pops apart Everytime you put the set on. There is a fix on Etsy for it but why, on such a high end headset. Second is the mic monitoring, this is essential for and the volume is not great.

Ive had the original gen 1 Astro A50 for about 5 years. The only reason i bought the new version is because my son wanted one so i figured i would hand down my old and buy the new gen. The new gen has a bit better sound quality and the old version is still functioning as the day i purchased. Best quality headset around. Ive had Razr and Turtle Beach headsets and they dont truly compare to this gold standard.
