Amazing sound quality and build quality only down sides are a little more complicated to set up and your ears will get pretty warm i have the A 40 and prefer those for more all around use but for best quality gaming this is they way to go

great sound quality with a comfortable fit on the head i love this headset more then anything set up was easy just plug in to the xbox and the tv and you are good to go

I give the Astro A50 a 5 star but would have given a 4.5 because of the firmware update issue below. I love these headsets and I've tried several in this price range. Very Important: Make sure to follow the instruction regarding getting the latest firmware update using a PC before installing on the Xbox One X. They may not work, the sound may be very low or may be intermittent if you don't get the updates. Astro Gaming could have made the firmware update retrievable from the Xbox. If you don't have access to a PC to get the firmware update, you'll have issues. I returned my first set because of the issue above. I would highly recommend these headsets to anyone whether for gaming, music, movies or YouTube.

I have two wired A50s, and getting the wireless version was exactly as I expected. I love the audio quality and the comfort of these headphones, and would highly recommend.

Very much over priced.. but the quality is very good, solid construction great audio quality and voice quality, if you are looking for a good “gaming headset” with a mix amp this is a good option though you may be better off with a dedicated audio interface for the price if you are already spending 300

Sound experience as expected based on the price but the non good part of it, it’s how fragile and so weak material are made of. I also have the SteelSeries Pro Nova and are way better than this when we talk about comfort

LIKED THE SOUND BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH, I ORDERED THE XBOX VERSION COMING OUT SOON. SAME THING 1/3RD THE PRICE AND NO BASE TO FIDDLE WITH. HONESTLY FELT LIKE I WOULD BREAK IT AFTER A LITTLE TIME (AROUND WARRANTY END TIME IM SURE) HAD TO UPDATE AND HARD RESET IT A FEW TIMES AND YEAH NOOO LOL

Awesome Headset! If you aren't sure because of the price I've been using Astro headsets since about 2015. I bought my first set of A50s back in like 2019 and I just replaced it (Jan 2023) The headset rocks the battery was still great after all those years. But the mic gave out on me sadly. I've never had another headset that lasted me so long. I normally game anywhere between 4-7 hours a day sometimes longer. The Astro A50s are awesome and are well worth the money.

Works great! I got this as a present for my boyfriend and he loved it. He gave me a comparison when using this headset and his old one. This one has great audio quality. I feel like I’m in the game!!

Had these headphone for a year and without a doubt it is the best headphone I’ve used so far. It’s not light weight, for those who game for long hours. There’s settings you can customize, on a computer. It also has your basic settings already on the headphones. Mic on the headphone is superb, doesn’t pickup much on background noises. Will definitely make you sound different when you are making an upgrade

The best set of gaming cans I’ve used. I’ve been using the HyperX ($150) and they’re good, but the audio and comfort is lacking compared to the A50’s and the price reflects that.

Love this headset for gaming on PC and PS5. Take note though that on PS5 you will need an adapter. Until astro comes out with a new version of these for PS5 in mind.
