Astro became a disappointment.

The gen 1 and 2 were solid 5stars but gen3 and 4 all have the same problems of firmware not updating and having to factory reset to use, one gen4 came out of the box with bad popping noises before shutting itself off until you unplug then plug it back in. Previous gen3 had to be rma after a month in and they sent a referbished one that ened up doing the same thing. These after gen2 seem to have a use life of one year two if youre lucky before it begins to pop and killitself. Its a great product, 10 years ago. I don't recomend getting these anymore, youre betteroff getting a steel series.

I use it for xbox and i recently got PC and use it on there on xbox it sometimes has problems and i have to unplug it and plug it back in but on PC it is problem free! p.s shoutout to best buy for that GPU drop -_-

It should have been one port and the ability to switch channels from the headset.

Sound is better due to the drivers firing direction. Dock is much better and batter life is drastically increased.

Great sound with a few small concerns

The interface for PC is alittle odd. The headband strap has an issue where it will fall out but can be fixed with a 3d print or even a rubber band. Over all great sounding and loving the bay station. Only complaint about the bay station is no Bluetooth connectivity. Wish it had a detachable mic.

Great with one flaw, the headband

Keeps popping off, but if you find a clip to hold it together, then its comfortable.

Headphones

I can clearly hear directions of footsteps, guns, cars when playing games. My only gripe with them is they are not really noise canceling and me hearing a lot of background sounds from my environment.

Better the 2nd time

The first one I bought the mic was defective but the replacement was AWESOME. Been using it on out Desk Computer, Laptops, and PS4.

Durable headset

The surround sound and game chat experience is amazing. Noise cancelation is amazing. The wireless headset comes with a stand with ability to connect to console and pc . The wireless charging stand shows battery life and surround sound option the headset is on.Make sure to get the headset that matches your console. Only downside was its not Bluetooth connectivity to devices, but fear not that there are devices I discover from videos to help get a minor use of Bluetooth connectivity to use on the device.
