Great duo coffee maker. I bought this after our Hamilton Beach dual brewer kept leaking and eventually died. We use the pot almost every day in the morning, then switch over to the single in the afternoon. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to turn the carafe warmer without brewing a new pot of coffee. Been using for about a month and it works great. I would recommend buying the wire basket for both sides so you can use regular coffee grounds (the 12 cup side isn't big enough for most store wire baskets.) Definitely recommend!

Been along time since we purchase a new coffee maker. My wife loves this as well as my tea drinking kids!

Love this coffee maker, I work from home 2 days a week and now I can make one cup or a whole pot of coffee.

I love this Kuerig!! It's great to have the options for your single cup to made stronger for those days where you need an extra boost, to be able to preset the pot or single cup to start at certain time is very convenient!

seems legit hasn't broke yet. Not too expensive. First time I've purchased Keurig and I'm assuming it's only a matter of time till the florida water ruins it.......and Epstein didn't kill him self

Nice quiet coffee maker. Very sleek and easy to use. Love the idea of the switch from the pod to the pot. Easy to clean ! Set up the timer Overnight ,I wake in the morning to the aroma of the morning smell. It’s my alarm clock !

Keurig must have fixed the design of the carafe because mine's does not leak when pouring. I've even tried to purposefully make it leak and it still didn't. My only complaint is the time it takes to heat up when using the single serve aka Kcup. The lower priced budget friendly keurig essentials is my favorite keurig out of the whole lineup because it brews a Kcup instantly without having to warm up first but only use that one as my travel coffee maker.

Works well for both the carafe and k cup. Saves a lot of counter space from having two separate machines

I've wanted a single serve coffee maker for a while. The Black Friday sale price was excellent, so finally made the purchase. I loved the option of brewing either a single serve, or a full pot. I dont like the waste of the K-cups, so made an additinal purchase of 3 refill pods. Once I read the manual and familiarized myself with the functions, it was simple to use. Also appreciate the strong brew setting. Very satisfied with this coffee maker.

I am in love! I never really wanted to purchase any kind of keurig until now. I am so happy I did; it’s so easy to use and understand. Also cleaning the machine is easy. I am so happy! I will be buying one for my mother in law soon.

Best coffee maker everything in one. Coffee tastes so better then regular coffee maker.

I'd have given it 5 stars, except for one thing. For some crazy reason, when I pour coffee out of the craffe, if I don't pour "really slow", it drips onto the floor while I'm pouring it. I don't think I've ever had that happen with any other coffee maker, but I found, if you pour really slow, and maybe hold the lid open a bit while your pouring, your pretty much ok. Also, when the coffee is could in the craff, it doesn't drip at all. Figure that one out. At any rate, I don't know if that's a deal breaker here or not, but other than that, it works fine and it's nice to have the single serve K-Cup feature.

Love our coffemaker. Love the versatility. When we want a quick culp we use the pods. When we want a pot we save money and grind our beans. Takes up a little more space on the counter, but we have the room.
