It stopped working at the 16 day mark, and took some troubleshooting to get working again. Sometimes when running the K-Cup side it spits a not so insignificant amount of water out into the pot as well. This unit is finicky, and I don’t expect it to last more than a year. However, it looks nice, and works well often enough that it isn’t worth the hassle of returning under a warranty. Buy when on sale, and be aware of poor quality control. Use it heavily in the first 2 weeks to avoid missing the return window, in the case you got a bad lot.

Great coffee maker

Have owned a couple of the smaller Keurig coffee makers but this one is the best. Heats up fast and if you have company it will make you a pot full.

Specially having only one reservoir. It will depend on you need. Maybe a larger reservoir could help, like I said, depends on your needs. But over all, I find it a good product. Especially, since I found at a good price deal.

Instructions say to unplug when not in use for a period of time but then have to reset clock each time you plug it in. Can't run until the clock is set ~ so don't waste time setting clock if planning to unplug again, just bump clock up by a minute and make your beverage.
