Frustrated

But lately the monitors will turn on and off at random and sometimes not coming back at all, which is incredibly inconvenient while working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling which has not helped.

That is correct, not all laptops will be able to use all of the video ports on the docking station. There are 2 ports labeled HDMI or Display Port. Only one of those can be used, and only if the USB-C port that you have the dock plugged into has Display Port Alternate Mode. It is great to hear that the docking station is working for you.

Relatively easy setup. Power pass through capable. Rubber grippy top surface. CONS: Spendy. Sized for a 15 inch laptop width so looked dumb with my 13 inch computer. Monitor started having intermittent issues triggered by video playback. Did not come with a power supply. Returning due to video issues,
