Great dock for my Macbook Air M4. Needed dual monitor support along with the Macbook Air screen itself. I have lots of USB devices that I need to use as part of my job and the dock does a good just with this.

This has worked as I hoped, much better than the cheaper one I'd purchased! Sleek design, doesn't take up a ton of space but raises up the laptop a bit. Makes my home workstation nearly as nice as my work...!

This docking station is perfect! I have two monitors and it makes the connection to my laptop simple (I love the fact that I can add 1 more monitor if I chose to at a later time). It has everything you need plus more. The cable storage with dual opening came in very handy when my sister wanted to use my docking station (her connector was on the opposite side). The only drawback is that I still need to plug in my laptop.

It does what it says on the title is a usb-c docking station, however the way they implemented the display outputs its really weird,the first displayport and hdmi port that are side by side work just fine, they are plug and play with the 3 usb-a ports, 1 usb-c port, the sd card and micro sd reader, and the gigabit ethernet port, however the second hdmi or the VGA ONLY work if you install their software, because those two outputs are done using something with usb video and software, and while it does work, its really laggy and doesnt give out the full performance i should expect from it, on windows and or mac, wich is why i mainly bought it because it was the only one that was usb-c since my windows machine would not work because it doesnt have thunderbolt even when my mac does

One I received was partially defective in that the display port did not work, but otherwise it worked great and was conveniently small and lightweight. Will likely repurchase

It took a while to get this set up, but I LOVE it. I'm a Windows PC user...new to the MacBook world... when hey! I discovered that there's no USB port... no HDMI, VGA display ports, no place to plugin microSD cards, and WHAT?! Place to plug in an ethernet cable!...yikes! Oh no! That's not going to work! I am required to be hardwired for my job. Got to have anything that ethernet connection. Non-negotiable. So, I bought the JCD543. It's got all the connections that I mentioned above. HOWEVER, the setup was not for the faint of heart. I had to call their customer service several times. They are available business hours EST. I was put on hold until I got an agent. However, it was worth the wait because they guided me through the steps to get it working. It required updating the operating system. And, I actually had to return a defective JCD543. I know, that's a total bummer. However, now that I have the thing all set up, I love it. I had to have all those connections to make the MacBook work for me oh, and this is the thing that made it possible. Using it is now easy and seamless, even with a VGA connection to an additional monitor!

I bought this for my laptop to hook up to dual monitors and that worked but I could never figure out how to set it up where I could close my laptop. Likely a user error but not 100% sure if it was that or this device. Otherwise, it worked for what I needed it for.

This is a great buy if you need extra connectivity. This allows my laptop to have multiple devices connected and charging at the same time and place. I have a external hard drive, earbuds and overhead light to maximize my laptop use. All this on one outlet! Worth the price.

I was forced to buy one of these because the new macs don’t have any USB ports. It’s suppose to sit under the laptop but for my 13” Mac it doesn’t look right. Other than that it’s pretty great. It just takes up a lot of space if you don’t use it under your laptop though. Out of all the other options though, this was definitely one of the better ones that I saw. 3 USB ports and other ports as well. I wish these things were cheaper but what can you do I guess

Nice dicking station w plenty if USB ports that don’t power off for unknown reasons like my old one. Using with a Dell Inspirion and also switch a Lenovo Thinkpad. Works great with both. I can use 3 screens with this dock (laptop and 2 HDMI monitor connections). Well worth the money. Fast delivery by Best Buy - came in 2 days without paying extra for shipping. Definitely recommend!

Great product at an affordable cost. Highly recommendable!

The only thing I 'regret' is that it doesn't have a optical audio out. This does require a specific driver download. Sometimes it doesn't work with both the monitors I have connected via HDMI. As in, the computer will go to sleep and one external monitor will display and the other won't. Other than that, I have a USB-c hub plugged in and the attached devices work fine. The analog audio works fine, I haven't tested the network, but I imagine it's okay.

The design could improve itself. It has only two HDMI ports and it could be necessary to have one extra. Sometimes the power supply gives me problems, my computer doesn't recognize this device, so I have to disconnect and connect it again.

Great for my 3 screen display for work connected easily

I read many reviews complaining about this unit that I ALMOST didn't get it! But I am glad I did. This unit does everything that I have asked it to do. I am using the HDMI port for an external display and love the SD and micro SD card slots! Great bonus! The only complaint that I have is that the powered USB 3.1 port is not clearly labeled. As such, I cooked an external HD. Lost a few files that I wish I could get back, but, c'est la vie!

Doesn’t come with a power cable, so you’ll have to visit the products site for their cable or hit up amazon for one that provides ample juice. It does allow me to hook up two monitors with hdmi to give me 3 screens. Though it’s unstable and I occasionally have to plug/ unplug from laptop to get screens displaying. Some collaboration tools lose audio while plugged in. Power pass through is not great and get the warning that charging will be slow, not sure how power is allocated with so little plugged in. This was suppose to allow easy drop in for my wife or I and not require peripheral shuffling/power ply shuffling. Having to still plug in laptop power defeated that objective. Official drivers did not seem improve any of the described behaviors. So it works, just not as expected by the description. Likely another universal docking station out there that would do a better job. If you’re in a pinch and just need something in a hurry it may work for you to get by.

Excellent for a whole home set-up! You can successfully attach multiple monitors (even old ones with the old jacks!)
