Ports stopped working

I bought this one same day which was nice, it not all the ports work. Only one HDMI works, two USB ports work. So it’s faulty and when I was finally back home to exchange it my return/exchange period had expired. So I have a half working docking station. Waste of money.

Not The Right one for a Mac

Changed cables, changed ports, and nothing. I'll be returning it as soon as my new one arrives from Amazon.

But after a few months, the first one crapped out and then the second one. Their chat customer service is simply not service. The latest yahoo noted that they would not work with my PC - notwithstanding that they previously worked. Do NOT waste your money on J5create products. They are cheap and do not perform up to expectations.

This is no longer recognizable by my laptop. I've had this docking station less than two months. I use one just like it on my work computer and it's malfunctioned but now works after installing a new driver. Nothing I do will make my HP Spectre recognize this device. I'm using a Windows 10 operating system. So it cost me over $50 a month to own this and now I cannot return it. My computer suddenly doesn't recognize this device and even after installing the driver again and rebooting, nothing,

The rest of the ports on the Dock are PnP with supported DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 features through a computer's USB-C port.

The main thing with this is yes it has almost every port you can think of, but it is big and bulky. I returned it for something more compact.

Execution however, not so much. It works ok on Windows 11. On Mac however you’re required to install a usb video driver. This driver makes your third display look like garbage. Considering Best Buy has this product in the Apple section of the store, you’d expect better quality from J5. It would have made more sense for this dock to use Apple hardware natively. This product is not ready for prime time by any means. Such a disappointment.

Not a worthy product

Below are the problems I was facing 1. Few days after use, out of two HDMI port starting giving trouble making the monitor display go on and off. I am quite sure my both monitors are in good condition and whichever monitor is connected to that defective HDMI port will show this sign. 2. After couple of weeks, my laptop stopped charging when connected from the docking station. I lost patience to use this item and thanks to best buy for the wonderful return policy. I dont trust j5Create.
