    It worked for a two weeks perfectly. And then one port failed. So, I tried to exchange it but the return policy was only for 14 days. So now I am out $100 for a multiple port piece of junk. But I also have a new monitor $200 that I cannot use. So there -5 stars.

    I can only get one monitor to work and the item doesn’t work as advertised. The item isn’t modular like the Lenovo dock stations. I wouldn’t recommend for this product to anyone that needs to connect extra monitors to their laptop.

In the case where you are experiencing unstable connectivity, we recommend contacting the support team in order to troubleshoot and offer solutions.       Hello,
      The JCD543 can be connect to up to three displays by 2 HDMI ports and 1 VGA port or 1 HDMI port, 1 VGA port, and a Display Port. The docking station also has three USB-A ports, an audio jack, a USB-C data port, a USB-C pass through charging port, an Ethernet port, and a standard and micro SD card reader. If you are looking for a device with more HDMI ports I would recommend the JCA366:

    Second HDMI port does not work

    I bought this as a simple replacement to my existing HP docking station, but the this device is not plug-n-play. The Type C works but the third display port does not work. I can got an image on my second screen, but could never get the third HDMI or VGA port to work attached to my HP Envy laptop.

      In order for the DisplayPort to function the USB-C port on your device must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode otherwise the DisplayPort will not output to a display.     on Day one one of hdmi ports stop working.

    On day one the hdmi port stop working on one of my laptop. It duplicate the 2 hdmi on another laptop even though the laptop detected only the laptops monitor and one other. The almost all ports stop work. J5 support was horrible. They are sending me a replacement. Let's see how it goes

    Looking for Multiple 4k, this is not for you...

    Dont be fooled. The display output stated is not acurate. Even after calling the company, they were not able to help. Does not support multiple monitors above 1080P at the same time. I have two UltraWides and it would not support both of them at the same time.

    Did not work for me. In fairness, my laptop says it doesn't have enough power to support this USB-C device. Returned for a docking station that has it's own power supply

    Have to continually unplug/replug the lightning adapter to my computer/laptop and tablet (Surface) as the add-on external screens continually freeze and the only way to correct is to unplug/replug this adapter. Sales guy raved about this station, not worth the $100 I spent on it

    My company purchases multiple units per location. Purchased the item to hook up two monitors. Has two monitor ports. Purchased cables and could only setup one monitor. I called customer support, no answer. I emailed the company 4 times before giving up due to no response.

    Did not last long. After one year, product stopped working. I dont recommend going with this docking station. I ended up having to buy the HP docking station.

    Don't throw away your money. Mine stopped functioning after 90 days! I never could figure the actual cause. After I tried connecting it to a monitor using the vga port, it stopped functioning without warning. Replacing my driver did not solve the issue.

    Might be OK for Windows

    Bought this because it was recommended for use with my MacBook, but only 1 non-mirrored video output is supported. Ethernet port also does not work with Catalina. Look elsewhere if you need a dock for your MacBook.

    Triple display requires serial port or adapter to usb-c. Also it does not provide a good throughput on charging. Constantly receiving error message that there is not a steady charge. Item is over prices for these types of issues.
