Good but needs power supply to be fully effective.

If you plug your phone or anything else to charge it takes forever. Now Have to make another trip or order the power supply.

Posted .If your computer came with a USB-C power-brick 65W or higher, you will be able to connect it to the Power-in port for pass-through charge. However, computers must support Power Delivery over USB-C. The additional Power Adapter is JUP2290, supports up to 100W.

In regards to the dock not allowing you to utilize all displays, this could be due to a setting disconnecting the monitor. I do wish it came with a power cord. I can’t easily change out my work laptop with my personal laptop since they both utilize different power cords. Not the end of the world but would have been super convenient to have its own charging cord.

I went with another one that's just a small box. If you're just using this as an extension for your laptop you'll probably be happy. I close my laptop and use an external display, so this just got in the way.
