If your computer supports charging by USB-C you can use your computer’s charger and plug it into the dock and it will charge your laptop. There is also another version that is the same dock, but with a charger:

Only 1 functional monitor as far as I can tell

There is a "either DP or HDMI" port that is you use the HDMI port the screen is constantly flickering, stripping, resizing, or columns getting transposed from left to right. The other HDMI port seems ok.

Posted .The USB Type A ports can be used for keyboards, mice, flash drives, webcam and so on. We do not recommend daisy chaining adapters via USB ports. We cannot guarantee proper functionality. The HDMI or DP video ports requires that a computer supports "DisplayPort Alt Mode" over USB-C. Please contact our Technical Support Team, so that they can get more information from you. I produce finished, ready for release digit content from visuals to music videos to complete albums. With this set up, I'm running 4 monitors with full control of each screen. It saves me an incredible amount of time not spent changing from one screen to the next. I easily and quickly connects to my MacPro laptop with one connection. Worth it at twice the price!

In either role the combination of RAM, memory and other built features have proven to be what I needed in the wsy of computer support. Not completely on board with Windows 11 but getting there.
