had a cusinart coffee maker that finally went out on us. went to best buy website to check-out what was available. after checking available items for what we needed we chose the ninja 12 cup. since receiving and using the ninja 12 cup, we have no feeback as our coffee tastes great and is our preferred hotness.

I wanted to use for awhile before I reviewed. What I like: removable water reservoir. Only minor issue: lid needs to be set properly with a small twist. Took me a couple of times to figure this out. Attached measuring spoon a superfluous for me but others might like. I would buy this brand again.

I'm not too sure why I hadn't already purchased this coffee maker. Nijja is a great brand from whylat I've seen, but never have bought their products. This coffee tastes a lot smoother than my last. Definitely worth the money, especially seeing that you can take the water dispenser off and fill it cleanly everytime.

Wanted something that brewed a good cup of coffee like the old time percolators. This was the perfect find. Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee with brew choices. Some complained about how long it takes. Doesn't take that long and that is what gives you a better "brewed" cup of coffee. Would buy it again!

Good product if you like instant coffee fast, not great for quality

The best coffee maker ever. Sets up much easier that the traditional makers. Best coffee results ever. This is my second purchase of the same model. Over the previous 3 years I had just worn my original purchase out!!

This is the best coffee maker I have ever used. It is very easy to add water you only have to fill up the detachable, clear and measured side silo. The coffee filters are more round or conical in shape than a normal filter. The #4 cone filters on Amazon are perfect.

No complaints except no option to brew a single cup like the Ninja Coffee Bar has, it’s a good coffee maker, has a classic and Rich brew setting. The “Rich” setting just slows the process down to create a stronger flavor, I prefer it. I can’t say it makes the best pot of coffee I ever had, it’s just a drip coffee maker and that is influenced more by the coffee itself than the machine, but it looks good and does a good job.

We love this coffee maker. It doesn’t have the same features as some more high end models with frother or espresso maker, but it makes a great cup of coffee. It blooms the grounds to enhance strength. It’s sleek and pretty on the counter.

Easy to use makes good tasting coffee worth the price would recommend to any one who enjoys good coffee

I ordered the coffee pot on October 31st and I have not received it as of 11/21/25

my old Bunn gave up the ghost, so had to perk coffee till this one arrived in the mail, since I do not go out in these times. I was so glad to see it come could not wait to set it up and make 2 cups of coffee, without coffee grounds in the cup, would so far buy again. Even though it is a little pricey.

Solid coffee maker, coffee is decent, relatively easy to use and set up.

This thing makes awesome coffee. We got this just so we can make coffee when we have guest so we don’t have to use our Kerig but instead I can’t start my day without coffee from this Ninja. The Kerig is out and the Ninja is in.

Great addition to newly remodeled kitchen. Smart look. Wooks as advertised but of course most importantly it makes a great cup of coffee. If any complaint slower than my old coffee maker it replaced. Essy fix...set the timer a tad earlier.

I've always owned a cheaper coffee maker and always thought that's all I get from home brewed coffee. I had no idea the coffee maker could make this big of a difference. I'm buying my parents one and my grandma one as well.

I bought this maker as a Christmas gift for my wife. She appreciates good coffee. It looks nice in the kitchen, the coffee tastes great and the delay programming feature is easy to program and works really well. Great coffee maker.
