I like the clock and the timer. I find everything easy to use without even reading the manual. I've been without a microwave for over 3 years and finally gave in, saw this 1000 w. at such a good price I couldn't resist purchasing it, and it arrived the next day.

Good microwave with 2 annoying "features"

I have and recommend an extra power switch at the outlet you plug the unit into. This feature is far from convenient as it means you have to make an extra press of the time button each time you want to enter the cooking time. Holding down the "8" key to turn off the buzzer is very annoying. As everyone knows this style of button is not terribly reliable. One ends up pushing hard for many seconds not knowing whether the button is pressed or not. It doesn't save the change in permanent memory and has to be turned off every time the unit is powered up. Except for those 2 "features" the microwave works well. It is quieter than the one I replaced. I haven't used the fancy timing options.

It heats up really quickly I rarely used 2 minutes and above. I like the feature that it can be muted. Good microwave over all.
