There were some reports that it was loud when operating but I've not noticed anything like that. I like the preprogramed buttons but they are probably like some many others that have the same thing. Why not 5 stars?.... Well I just haven't had it long enough to tell if it work this well in a year or two... Ask me then and I may make it a 5 star review but you got to earn it....
