The hooking up was a pain, as all dishwashers are, but it looks very nice in the kitchen, is easy to clean, and best of all, doesn't require pre-rinsing your dirty dishes as StormWash works GREAT!

In the first year, the control board malfunctioned because a design flaw allowed water inside. A few months later, and it stopped working AGAIN! Of course now it is out of warranty but it doesn't take into account the fact that the repair techs know this is a design flaw.

Samsung offered to cover the parts but not labor, the labor charge was $300. The unit is now in the garbage and was replaced with a $350 GE model
