This machine is so quiet you won't even know it's running! The dishwasher is top notch it's truly does dry your dishes as well!

Easy to load and containers for silverware help separate it with handles down. The extra shelf is handy for utensils.

Great mid priced dishwasher. It quiet and cleans very well. It has the automatic open feature which I like which helps the dishes get drier. Lots of other features as well

We have had this dishwasher now for a month. I am very happy with the results. and not very loud. its nice when the cycle is done as it opens up to let dry. it was different at first. but its nice to know when your dishes are done. happy camper here!

Poorly built, needs perfect install for door to shut properly. This dishwasher frustrated me to the point I considered not ever buying a Samsung phone again. It was an open box deal, but the whole assembly is wobbly when door is open amd needed me to perfectly level floor as front leveler was broken. If I would have paid full price, I would return it. First few cylcles have smelled of burned rubber. Hoping it is a break in issue. We did get a deal on it, if it continues to operate properly. It cleans well so far and is quiet

Cleans thoroughly and leaves streak-free dishes and glasses. Easy to operate, however it is not 48db, much louder.

This Samsung model is really very nice. This works very quietly such that you can easily talk to someone over Zoom or Skype when it is working. Also, the door opens automatically when finished. This helps to dry out thoroughly. We love this product.

I just had my kitchen redone and had no intention of purchasing a new dishwasher as I already had all stainless appliances. However, my current dishwasher was almost 10 years old and during the process of removal to install new kitchen cabinets, the front face opener had broken. I looked online for a replacement part and the site indicated the part was unavailable. After some thought, I decided that replacing the part and paying the labor for installation that keeping the current dishwasher was not worth it. I scrambled to find a reasonably priced stainless dishwasher that went with my other appliances and found the Samsung at a great price. I did not expect it to be such a great dishwasher! It is super quiet and cleans better than ANY dishwasher that I've ever owned and I've gone through a few. I love the sleek design and the simplicity of turning it on for a wash cycle. If you are considering purchasing this dishwasher, I highly recommend! You won't be sorry.

We love it! Don’t have to turn the volume up on the tv!! It’s so quiet you don’t even remember it’s on…large capacity…3rd row for spatulas, etc……opens when it is finished to complete drying (so cool)……beautiful addition to my kitchen!

We love this dish washer. So quiet and does an excellent job getting the dishes clean. When finished the door pops opened n it plays a quiet little tune.

It’s so nice. We’re really liking the extra top cleaning rack for long utensils and lids. The rack for cups is also roomier than our last washer. We just wish the prongs on the bottom rack were a little wider for our dinner plates which are rather thick (reason for removing one star).

Looks nice and is quiet. Love the choices in settings as well. However, my husband and I could not believe it would come without a power cord and we had to splice our own wires to make one. I also do not like how close together the prongs on the inside that hold the dishes are. It makes it hard to fit most dishes in there and therefore doesn't hold as much. It would be fine if one was just loading plates, but that is never the case. they need to be farther apart.

I needed a new dishwasher and as usual I checked Best Buy as that is where I bought all my appliances when I bought my house. Their customer service was superb. My dishwasher is the best I have ever had and that third shelf !, although I sometimes forget I have it, is really great!

We self installed this unit and it was an easy task from box to in counter installation. This model has a unique feature...I think...When the full cleaning cycle is complete, it automatically opens slightly to vent hot air and air dry the remainder of dishes.

I love how the door pops open when it is done washing. I usually run the dishwasher overnight, and my dishes (even plastic) are completely dry the next morning. It is also very quiet!

Pretty good, the normal cycle runs a bit long and sits really low to the ground, but cleans well!

I'm going to be honest I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews this dishwasher is great it's quiet and all my dishes get clean I suggest two people to read the manual before you use it and then you would know how to work it appropriately.

I absolutely love this dishwasher! It has ample space, the 3rd shelf for utensils is amazing! So many different settings and detects if you have a water leak. The old dishwasher I had can't hold a flame to this one!

This is a fantastic dishwasher. It runs quietly. You might not even notice that it's running. The third row is a bonus and the moisture detector can save you a lot. Overall satisfaction
