Horrible Design

I have had a tech come visit three times now to replace two different parts. Dishes still continue to come out dirty (leaving small particles on the dishes) even after the filter has been cleaned, and in this most recent case, replaced due to a water leak. To clean the filter, you're required to unscrew 8 screws, making it a very tedious job in comparing it to other dishwashers. I've had this dishwasher for a little over a year now, and it's already failing.

Must do a clean cycle once a month maybe twice during holidays(heavy use). Does a good job but if you dont stay on top of the cleaning it gets that dank water stank

This unit has a ton of space inside, is super quiet and washes extremely well. Great purchase.

The heavy duty mode is actually faster than regular but the 60 min express usually gets everything clean. Only complaint is that I accidentally turn it on when I open and close it, if it bumps into me i.e. the buttons are very sensitive. I should have gotten the front panel instead of the top.
