Best 4K blu ray player for the money

No need to be long, I know you also have read tons of reviews. Simply said, grab this one and save your dolllars. No Dolby Vison, but I had to return a brand that had Dolby vision, (that was rated #2 for blue rays under $400), this one beats it. I even decided not to get the UB820 because I'm so happy with this one.

A large number of video and audio control tweaks are available for those who want to get in deep. The one missing feature is a 16:9 Full Screen setting, which means it has to be done via the TV if you want to lose the black banding on non-16:9 video. Front and rear USB ports which is a nice add.

Was looking for value. This player delivers on that perspective. Very good sound - very deep and clear. Did not give four stars due to sometimes non-responsive open and close feature. Does on-screen display when playing CD’s but does not ID artist and song, just track and time. When playing CD’s, very sensitive to any dirt, smudges and scratches. For movies, very solid player.

Not only does it play 4k with high quality playback it also improves playback from blu-ray and regular dvds. Does have built in apps, use for either WiFi or Ethernet for the best connection.
