Sitting back and watching my new 4K player do it’s thing is a wonderful feeling. The other features aren’t as user friendly (You Tube, Netflix...). I should really say the interface isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as other components but that’s not the point of this item. Besides, you might already have another device to stream. But watching 4K on this thing is definitely worthwhile.

We don't have a 4k tv, so I can't review the quality of that feature with this player. We bought this DVD player to replace our Samsung one that stopped working like so many others reported due to a hard ware defect issue. The picture quality, speed, wifi connection, and ease of use of this player is awesome. It does have Amazon prime, Netflix, and YouTube apps already downloaded to player.

This is an excellent DVD/Blu-Ray player that was easy to use and easy to set-up. As a plus, it also plays 3D movies. While it's important to me, my daughter has a few 3D movies she cannot live without (yeah, I'm looking at you Frozen 3D). Additionally, this was on sale for more than $100 off the original price. I know it is only a month old, but, so far, it has done everything we have asked it to do.

Nice maching - allows you to use wifi with no problem and view dvd's easily - although the remote sometimes doesn't allow certain actions which don't make any sense. Electronics for you!

Amazing 4k and Blu ray dvd player for the price. Probably the best firmware and video processing available in a consumer grade player for this price as it play nearly all 4k Codecs and upscales HD codecs, Also plays USB video using the newest storage formatting like ExFAT (none of my roku devices are compatible with ExFAT USB sticks yet, as of April 2021.)

I found this to be a very good 4K player. It was easy to set up and I am using it in my home theater set up. It did not play a dvd a friend made for me but not sure how he made it. Might just be something that can only play on computer. I have used it to play CD’s and I’m happy with the quality I bought an open box via Best Buy and have had no problems. I find you can get some pretty good deals on open box and scratch and dent items

Player meets all my needs. Upscales DVD's and is one of the easiest players to setup and use. I ran the player through my receiver and the sound is tremendous. I highly recommend this player for price and the fact that it is as good as they claim.

Great product. Fast load, very nice setting options. 4K up-conversion looks great. Provided apps are a bit thin, but was looking for a unit that had dual HDMI outputs as my current receiver cannot pass 4K. This allows for 4K direct to TV without the need to upgrade receiver when you are satisfied with the sound format.

The set up was easy. Using it is as simple as it gets. I recommend this product.

After a month, it plays great! HD color, picture and sound quality are excellent on some blu rays I tried. One 4K disc, got sticky and froze during play. That disc is faulty after numerous tries. One issue; 4K player cannot connect with my AT&T wi-fi after a few times.

I'm really enjoying using the player. It upscale great and is easy to use.

This model checked all the boxes for my application. Looking forward to breaking it in! Easy to connect, easy to use. If you dont need Dolby vision i dont see the need to drop $500 on a 4k player.

I needed a replacement for my LG 3D player. It's fit the bill. Had to replace my Bose speakers too, as time has made them outdated. The Sony sound bar is better, but I sill miss the Bose. The Panasonic player does it all in fashion plus.

I have wanted a CD player for a long time as I have a large music collection. The surprise (to me) was that this same great component also plays DVDs and Blu-Rays and they look wonderful! Thank you Best Buy. Great products at a great price! Highly recommend.

I got this unit because I needed to route digital audio to my wireless head sets and that would not work using Samsung's smart tv features when connected to Netflix or Amazon Prime. Very fast connection to those services using cat 5e hard wire to the internet. Nice remote that automatically turn on the TV without programing and has a Netflix button, (too bad it doesn't have a Prime one too).

Great blu-ray. Easy to connect and easy to operate

Great picture for the money! I got it for the parents. Doesn't have a lot of app choices but between smart TV's and Firesticks or Roku's I wouldn't worry about this. It doesn't have Dolby Vision, but we knew that when we bought it, plus I'm not a fan of HDR and I think when this technology is looked back upon, people will shake their head. Good looking picture for the money
