The downside is buying it in white…there is no way to keep it sparkling white but it’s great and I use it nearly every day. It’s also a little pricey…find it on sale if you can.

Occasionally, perhaps when it updates, it creates a problem to reconnect to her phone. It still works, but not fully functional until I can get it reconnected.

A couple of them didnt last that long and I had to submit a warranty claim. Ember was good about the replacements but they have also deteriorated quickly. We do use them daily.

It’s keep my coffee at an optimal temperature for 30-45 minutes which is more than enough to drink a nice cup of coffee or even have two. One of the best investments my wife has made for me our entire marriage

I generally pour a cup of coffee at the beginning of a call and sip throughout. The problem is that it is always cold by the end of the call. This keeps it warm all day on the saucer and if I am away in a separate room, up to 1.5 hours off the saucer. Perfect for the busy executive schedule.

But if you have a few sips of coffee left in the cup, it does tend to taste burnt, and it creates a strange film at the top of the liquid. BUT - If you have the mug more than 1/2 full and leave for 20 mins or so, the beverage does stay nice and hot when you get back...

I found the smaller size a bit too small since I use milk. I still use it while the bigger one is charging. I am very happy that my coffee stays hot while I do housework or am on the computer. Saves me multiple trips to the microwave and the Ember coffee flavor doesn't degrade as it might with the microwave.

With two small boys, her tea and mine would be cold by the time we got back to it after addressing the need of the moment. Not anymore. We take care of the kids and the tea/coffee is still at the right temperature.
