Great headphones. Got them as a Christmas gift and my son loves them. Only drawback is they are a little heavy. Great sound quality. Great deal at Best Buy!

Phenomenal headphones. Worth the extra money. Noise canceling is great. Blocks out the noise I need and the sound is great but even better when you change a few settings. They are a bit heavier than the Sonys or Boses but it’s not significant enough to be that concerned. The case sucks but you can get a case on Amazon they puts them in sleep mode too.

I am very happy with my headset. It is perfect. I can do all my tasks with it. It was the best investment of my life. Best Buy was perfect too. Fast delivery. Super easy app. Very happy. Thank you very much Best Buy and Apple!!!

The AirPods Max deliver premium sound with impressive active noise cancellation, rich bass, and clear highs. The build quality feels luxurious, with a sleek design and comfortable ear cups. However, the $549 price tag is steep, and the included case offers minimal protection. They’re excellent headphones—if you’re deep in the Apple ecosystem and willing to pay the premium.

FANTASTIC! I know they are overpriced, but because I am already deep into the Apple ecosystem, the integration is fantastic. I have used high end Sony and Bose, and I would say these are better than Bose in every way. Sony's sound a little better, but they just aren't integrated into the ecosystem in the same way. Switching between devices is smooth and automatic, and transparency mode is incredible (sounds more "mic'ed up" than the AirPods Pro). I love these so much! YES, they are overpriced, and I won't defend the cost, but they are amazing!!

Been wanting to gift these to my woman for over a year now. Saved up enough to give them to her for her birthday. She wears them non-stop while she reads her book and she is happy as can be. I will no doubt be picking myself up a pair in the future. Best way to listen to a movie or music of your choice

The headphones are a little heavy on my head so when I look up or down they slide off and fall. Not ideal in terms of ergonomics.

Failed to connect to blue tooth. Sent to Apple for repair under warranty. They replaced it and now it's not connecting again. My Bose did not have this problem.

I’ve used other headphones before, but these are clearly the best. The sound quality is so clear. I will never go back to any other headphones after purchasing these.

These headphones are worth every penny. I was hesitant at first because of the price tags but my fiancé convinced me and we each got a pair. Sound quality is awesome but my favorite feature is the transparency setting. They are on the heavy side so keep that in mind. Would absolutely recommend

I went back and forth on these for a year before I bought them. I decided to give them a shot when they were on sale for $430. I bought them with the very idea that I might return them. A month later...I love them. If you are in the Apple Ecosystem...they are awesome. Transparency and Noise Cancellation modes are next level. They are better than the AirPods Pro in that regard. BUT. I would not wear them on the move while walking in the city. I would be afraid I would get mugged. They stand out. I would not wear them while going for a run. Too heavy. Frankly...between these and the pros are better overall. I use them while I work at my desk and when I want to watch a movie by myself. They sound AMAZING. Even at $430...I feel like they were about $100 more than I wanted to pay. But they are SO NICE.

So far excellent bought these for my son this past summer and he loves them. Battery seems to be good as well as the quality sounds

These are built with very high quality! These don’t creek like my beats wireless studio 3 does since these aren’t made out of plastic for the size adjustments. They are AMAZING sounding and yet to find a friend that isn’t amazed by them! Price is high but actually worth it and can’t hear anything around me when I don’t want to!

Love them. I like that they automatically will sync to all of my Apple devices as soon as I out then up to my ears.

Absolutely wonderful. They block out everything! I was on an airplane. I couldn’t even hear the engines. All my friends want them now.
